Housed in a semi industrial, semi agricultural straw-bale/brick building in the food & wine hub of Orange NSW, The Agrestic Grocer has established itself as a major player in a region filled with high standard food & wine destinations.

The Agrestic Grocer functions as a restaurant, bar & local produce store. Both the restaurant's menu and the shelves of the store operate on a local first principle, showcasing much of the regions finest produce.

The Agrestic Grocer shares its historic premises with two of Oranges most respected & significant boutique food producers, Badlands Brewery & The Second Mouse Cheese Company.

The bar boasts 6 Badlands beers on tap, with a constantly rotating selection of the brewery's finest. Samples of each beer can be tasted with two sizes of paddles on offer. Traditional ½ pint & pint glasses are available to accompany lunch seven days a week & dinner during Agrestic's renowned live music & food & wine festival events.

Badlands beer even works it's way into breakfast with Agrestic's unique Badlands beer jam featuring as part of one the best Bacon & Egg Sandwiches you'll ever try. House made beer & chili sausages make the perfect add on to beef things up. For lunch, Agrestic's famous take on the Ploughman's lunch is served with beautifully crunchy & full flavored beer mash crackers made with spent brewery grain sourced from only a few meters away. After all this beer driven deliciousness you can finish things off with a bowl of perfectly crunchy Badlands beer batted onion rings.
